Similac PWA (Progressive Web App) for the SImilac Rewards program
Problem.
A core business objective of Similac was to create an environment to house a consumer-facing savings wallet. The brand needed a more efficient and accessible way for customers to redeem coupons, as the existing paper-based process limited both customer savings and overall sales growth.
Solution.
A progressive web app allowed us to keep design and development costs down by utilizing the Similac.com framework to create an “app-like” user experience. The PWA enabled users to view available savings and redeem them online or in-store at numerous retailers. I evolved the UX team’s wireframes into high-fidelity designs that established the final look and feel of the experience.
