About.
As the lead digital designer for Similac, I oversaw many end-to-end digital executions across the brand’s online ecosystem. This included driving site design enhancements, leading the creation of web campaigns, and developing launch-ready product landing pages that aligned with brand and business objectives. I also designed SSEs and supported CRM communication strategies by building high-performing email tactics that improved engagement, retention, and overall user experience.

During the Similac.com redesign, I collaborated closely with the UX team to create a unified design system. We developed a themed component library and transformed those standards into fully designed components that could be consistently applied throughout the site.

CRM Emails
I was responsible for the design, maintenance, and technical production of the Similac CRM email program for registered Rewards users. This multi-segment program delivered monthly, personalized content based on the baby's date of birth and one of three formula segments (Standard, NeoSure/Premature, Hypoallergenic). Based on our delivery partner needing a modular system, I designed and maintained a comprehensive library of modular email components that dynamically assembled into full, segmented campaigns for the end user.
Each segment had over 30 emails each that were assemble and delivered throughout their pregnancy / child's development.
